Search Dogs Help Save China

Published by tamara.warta at 12:32 am under Uncategorized Edit This

In the wake of seemingly endless tragedy and heart break in Southwestern China, there aren’t just people working on the relief effort. Four dogs from Signi Search Dogs, a search & rescue company based in the Netherlands, are scouring collapsed buildings and other rubble, looking for survivors and human remains.

The dogs are able to sniff out and find individuals in a way no one else can, but unfortunately, two weeks after the quake, the search for the deceased is much more likely. However, the dogs are still bringing closure and solace to families who otherwise never may have located their loved ones.
